When working with First time Customers we typically take an educational role and help clients develop their understanding of PEOs from the ground up. Below are questions that we help clients understand:

• Does my company qualify for a PEO?
• What advantages would a PEO deliver to my specific business?
• Are my HR policies compliant right now?
• Can I save money by using a PEO?

While working with Current PEO Customers we take a transactional role as clients that have experience working with PEOs typically have a better understanding to what they want, what they don’t need, and how a PEO impacts their business. However the questions we answer are:

• How much am I paying for my PEO?
• Am I getting the best possible deal?
• Are there PEOs that have better technology?
• Are there PEOs that allow you to pay for what you need and nothing else?
