"PEO Choice was introduced to Red Rocks Credit Union well after we started a search for a new PEO. RRCU was with a local PEO who was competitive from a cost standpoint but our Credit Union was growing and the management team desired better technology/HRIS system that would create improved reporting and tracking of employee data across all departments.
PEO Choice then engaged in a consulting arrangement where we analyzed and financially compared the six PEOs under consideration. This is not always an easy task as several of the providers had bundled fees (FICA, FUTA, SUTA, Work Comp and Admin fee). Once the PEOs knew there was a PEO consultant in the door, it created a couple dynamics when it came to accessing their information.
With PEO Choice’s analysis allowed the management team and IT to focus on demos of technology – our highest priority when considering change.
Once the final two PEOs had been narrowed down, we compared the original proposal to updated. It was interesting to see how the total cost had come down over time. Even with these changes, PEO Choice was still able to find additional savings setting up Red Rocks Credit Union for a better path financially. PEO Choice advised RRCU to keep an eye on increased admin expense at time of health insurance renewal the following year as this is a known tactic of that PEO.
With bundled pricing can mean confusion and PEO Choice unraveled these costs to create a much better comfort level moving forward with our new provider. We would highly reccomend PEO Choice to any organization looking to consider a PEO relationship for the first time or with an exisiting relationship they'd like to review"
